National Booking Service
The National Booking Service will open to the public on 15th April to allow them to book appointments from the 22nd of April.
Pharmacy Site Finder
Find a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination site - NHS (www.nhs.uk)
Patients can be signposted to the Pharmacy Site Finder should they choose to use a Community Pharmacy for their vaccination. We have 52 Community Pharmacy sites across Leeds who are participating in this campaign.

Electronic Prescribing
We can now prescribe prescriptions electronically. Just call in to your preferred Pharmacy and sign up for the service. Once you have a nominated Pharmacy we can send them the prescription electronically, ready for collection.
Please note: If you do not nominate a pharmacy and you wish for a someone else to collect your prescription then you will need to fill a form in at the surgery and list the names of anyone you authorise to collect them.
On-line services:
Register now by coming into the surgery with photographic identification. If you do not have photographic identification it may still be possible to register using our vouching for criteria or security questions.
Book appointments for GP or Nurse and cancel online.
Order repeat medication.
See your coded medical records e.g. blood test results, x-ray results etc.
Freephone 111
When the surgery is closed you can contact the out of hours service by ringing 111. This number is free from both mobiles and landlines.
Pharmacy First
Go straight to your pharmacist for expert advice and treatment - blocked nose, sore throat, ear ache, fever, cough & cold, teething pains, athletes foot, threadworms, hay fever, thrush, sprains and strains.
